An unconventional creamy finger licking Yogurt dip to enhance your wafers & fritters binging experience. This tantalizing dip is created with commonly available stocks from your kitchenette. You are sure to lose control on your chip with this dip.

Ingredients:

1. Curd – 1 cup
2. Milk – 1 table spoon
3. Garlic – 2 pods
4. Green Chilly – 1
5. White Vinegar – ¼ tea spoon
6. Salt – to taste
7. Sugar – 1 table spoon

Preparation:

1. Coarse grind the garlic and green chilly with vinegar
2. Take a medium sized bowl
3. Pour the curd & milk (quantity as mentioned above)
4. Add the ground paste, salt and sugar
5. Whip until all the ingredients blend well
6. Pour the mixture into a serving bowl
7. Serve it with Potato Wafers or fried Wontons or Fritters
