Firstly the term “Super foods” is just a wide spread marketing term for foods that have health benefits. They are just normal vegetables but punched with extra large doses of vitamins and minerals. Super foods are mostly plant based, but some fish and dairy products are thought to be nutritionally dense. Thus, good for one’s health.
